1. License and Permission

1.1 The artist has not agreed to have the music under Creative Commons (CC). Therefore, the music is protected under copyright law in the UK and Dragon Void Studio will adhere to the Danger Cry Music Terms of Service.

1.2 To obtain a license for Danger Crypt Music, you must contact DragonVoid Studio.

DragonVoid Studio may require you to credit the artist and the music used in your videos or projects. Failure to do so will result in a copyright strike on the platform you are using.

1.3 If DragonVoid Studio discovers that you are using Danger Crypt Music without permission, the content will be removed by DragonVoid Studio.

1.4 You will have 24 hours to contact DragonVoid Studio if your content has been subject to a copyright takedown. Use the DragonVoid Studio website to address any issues related to the takedown.

1.5 If you have obtained permission from the artist but your content is still taken down by DragonVoid Studio, contact DragonVoid Studio immediately to verify the permission with the artist. Do not leave the issue unresolved, as it will not be addressed without your intervention.

2. Music Copyright Rules

2.1 Unauthorized use of the music in your content will result in a copyright strike from DragonVoid Studio.

2.2 If you do not have permission to use the music or fail to credit the artist appropriately, DragonVoid Studio will take down your content immediately upon discovery.

2.3 DragonVoid Studio allows remixes of the music, provided the remix is significantly different from the original Danger Crypt Music.

2.4 In your video, you must include the artist's name, DragonVoid Studio, and Danger Crypt Music, along with links to the DragonVoid Studio website and the Danger Crypt page on the DragonVoid Studio website.

3. Compliance with UK and EU Laws

3.1 UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

• Copyright Protection: Under this Act, copyright protects original literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works. The music provided by DragonVoid Studio is protected under this law. Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of copyright, and the copyright holder (DragonVoid Studio) has the right to enforce this law.

• Moral Rights: The artist holds moral rights over their work, including the right to be identified as the author and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work.

• Infringement: Using music without permission or failing to credit the artist as specified can be considered an infringement, leading to legal consequences such as takedowns and potential damages.

3.2 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• Data Processing: Any personal data collected for licensing purposes will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. DragonVoid Studio will only collect data necessary for the purposes of licensing and enforcing copyright.

• Rights of Data Subjects: You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. You also have the right to restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.

• Data Security: DragonVoid Studio will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

• Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, DragonVoid Studio will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours.

3.3 Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under or related to these terms.
